Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,000 per month inclusive of allowances and incentives. Plus year-end bonus

Job Scope:

• To supervise and assist in the collection and transport of deceased.
• To assist in preparing coffin and encoffin.
• To supervise and assist in sending the casket to the destination of the funeral wake area.
• To supervise and conduct the funeral and guide the bereaved family.
• To drive the funeral hearse.
• To maintain tidiness of Company’s vehicles, equipment and premises.
• To assist in collection and transferring of ashes and sea burial.
• To perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Min N Levels or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3/3A.
• Able to do shift work and overtime when needed.
• Possess a positive attitude and courteous manner.

Job Scope:

• Attend to customers’ on their enquiries and arrange the funeral service and follow-ups.
• Explain religious rituals and rites for different dialects.
• Work as team player with other colleague
• Serve customers with courteous manner.
• Provide proactive customer outreach.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• ‘N’ Level and above.
• Good command of English & Mandarin (read, write & speak to serve Chinese speaking customers).
• Pleasant personality, customer oriented, independent, proactive and self-motivated.
• Min 1-2 years in service industry. On job training will be provided.
• Able to work on rotation shifts and weekends/ Public Holidays.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Able to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information.
• Possession of valid class 3/3A driving licence is an advantage.

• Assist in the collection and transport of deceased into the Police hearse.
• Transfer the deceased from the Police hearse to the hospital mortuary.
• Work on shifts.
• Punctuality is of most crucial importance.

Requirements:

• Min PSLE/N Level, able to commit on the job scope as assigned.
• No experience required and will be given on job training.
• Able to know how to use android app to enter job assignments.
• Able to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information.
• Work as team player with colleague.
• Pleasant, positive, polite and cheerful personality.
• Good in communication skills.
