Job Scope:

• To supervise and assist in the collection and transport of deceased.
• To assist in preparing coffin and encoffin.
• To supervise and assist in sending the casket to the destination of the funeral wake area.
•  To supervise and conduct the funeral and guide the bereaved family.
•  To drive the funeral hearse.
• To maintain tidiness of Company’s vehicles, equipment and premises.
• To assist in collection and transferring of ashes and sea burial.
• To perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Min N Levels or equivalent.
• Valid Class 3/3A.
• Able to do shift work and overtime when needed.
• Possess a positive attitude and courteous manner.

Job Scope:

• Manpower arrangement, roster planning, co-ordination
• Co-ordination between supervisors and receptionists on funeral arrangements
• Photoshop – Funeral photos / porcelain photos
• Assign vehicles, control of cash cards & vehicle keys, petrol cards, etc
• Administration duties, ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD / supervisor
• All funeral related activities (Shifting, sending, funerals – burial, cremation or sea burial)

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen
• Minimum qualification Secondary
• Valid Singapore class 3 driving license, class 4 is an advantage
• Min 2 – 3 years in service industry (independent & self-motivated, with embalming experienced is an advantage)
• Able to work on rotation shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to handle & communicate with both English & Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Job Scope:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to safely operate hand & power tools.
• To cover all electrical works and upkeep the whole building air-condition units /generators, etc.
• Carry out routine facility inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as directed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, utilising safety gear and safe working practices at all times.

• To assist with minor repairs (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, changing lightbulbs, adjusting door hinges, etc.) and painting.

• To perform other ad hoc duties when assigned by Head of Department

Requirements:

• N’ Level / High school diploma or equivalent. Technical/vocational certifications (e.g., Nitec, WDA, or equivalent programs) are highly preferred.

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related technical field.

• A valid Singapore driver’s license class 3 / 3A and a clean driving record.
